General

1. What are your delivery fees?

We have made it nice & easy for our customers. We have included our delivery fee into our prices for you.
Hiring off Bubbalicious Ballpits means no surprises with extra delivery fees! What you see is what you get – delivered, set up & picked up.

2. Do you have insurance?

Yes, we have 10 million dollar public & product liability insurance.

3. Is your equipment clean & hygienic?

Our equipment is cleaned & disinfected after each use. Over time the equipment may start to show signs of wear & tear, it is at this point that the equipment is replaced & replenished.

4. When is delivery & pick up?

Your party start & finish times will need to be advised upon your booking request.
We aim to arrive & have equipment set up no later than 30mins prior to your start time. This will also vary depending on the size of the package you have hired & the type of access we have to the venue.
Equipment is dismantle & removed as close as possible to the end of you party.

Parties start & finish at varying times during the day & every attempt is made to fit in with your schedule but this may not always be possible on a busy day

Please Note: If access is difficult please advise us at time of booking. Difficult access is regarded as: limited parking, distance from parking to the venue, flights of stairs, elevators, no stopping zones, tight spaces etc.

5. What is your payment procedure?

A $50 deposit will be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are required to be paid within 2 working days of your booking request to ensure your booking is secured. The balance remaining can be paid on delivery in cash.

6. Do you offer discounts or packaged prices on multiple items hired?

Yes, we have special prices for different hire combinations & packages. Please refer to our price list for further information or contact us to discuss further.

7. What type of events would your equipment be suitable for?

You name it we have been there!

Birthdays, Christenings, Corporate Events, Playgroups, Mothersgroup, Carnivals, Family Fun Days, Christmas Parties & everything in-between.

We install our equipment indoors, outdoors in restaurants, halls, homes, childcare centres, clubs and business premises.

8. What are your terms & conditions?

All hirers will receive a copy of our terms & conditions on the day of delivery. These terms & conditions need to be read, & agreed to prior to set up. If you wish to view our terms & conditions please find them here – Terms & Conditions

9. What is your cancellation Policy?

If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, Bubbalicious Ballpits will retain your initial deposit in credit for a period of 12 months which can then be used for a future booking. Notice of cancellation must be advised no later than 7 days prior to your booking date to be eligible for your credit.
Please Note: Jumping Castle hire only can be cancelled due to rain no later than 7.30am the morning of your booking & receive a deposit credit valid for 12 months.

Ballpits & Toddler Toys

1. How much space & what type of surface do I need for the Ballpit & other play equipment?

Available ballpit sizes are listed within our products section & vary depending on the size you choose to hire. Unlike castles there is no movement in our Ballpits so we only require the space of the Ballpit itself.

Ballpits require fairly flat & even surface to be installed. Your surface cannot be very bumpy or rough as our panels interlock & if the surface is to rough they will not connect correctly or safely. It is recommended you have freshly mowed grass or concreted (preferred) surface allocated for the installation. Surfaces need to be fairly clean. We will not set up ballpits on dirt, mud, sand or gravel.

Toddler toys can be set up together or separately depending on the layout you choose on set up

2. What is the age limit for the Ballpits & other play equipment?

3. How many kids can play in the ballpits & other play equipment?

4. How safe is the equipment?

All our equipment complies with the Australian safety standards is of high grade non-toxic plastic.
Bubbalicious Ballpits balls are commercial grade which makes our balls extremely durable and safe for all babies & toddlers.
Our ballpits are fully enclosed & are installed with thick floor mating.

Please Note: Supervision of young children is required at all times!

5. Equipment usage in foul weather?

We recommend that there is some type of shelter to protect the children from inclement or hot weather. Bubbalicious Ballpits offer gazebos for hire for your convenience.
Garages, carports or any internal space is recommended on wet, windy or hot days & we remind you not to forget the sunscreen!

Jumping Castles

1. How much space do I need & what type of surface can I place the jumping castles on?

Our Mini Castle requires a space available of 3x3mtrs

Our Medium Castles require a space available of 5x5mtrs

For all castles, the land itself can be on a slight slope. Castles can be placed on grass or concrete. We will not set up castles on dirt, mud, sand or gravel.

4. Are your castles safe?

All our castles comply with the Australian safety standards. The jumping castles also offer sun & rain
protection and a safety net at the entrance

Please Note: Supervision of young children is required at all times!

5. Equipment usage in foul weather?

Our castles have rain covers so your booking can continue as per normal. In the event of a rainy day you have the option to proceed with the hire as normal or you may cancel your castle hire no later than 7.30am the morning of your booking. The cancellation can only be made on the day of delivery, not on the days prior.
